Administrative Tools > DNS
Right-click on server and choose “Properties”
Select Forwarders tab
Click “Edit”
Add your ISP’s DNS server IPs
Apply

Alternatively you can add Googles Public DNS servers:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
