Can’t Access Network Share – Jan 2019 – Windows 7 / Server 2008R2 / SBS2011

On PC hosting the shares:

Elevated Command Prompt:
reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\system /v LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Caused by windows updates KB4480970 and KB4480960
