Regedit:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles

Modify “DefaultProfile” to the name you want.
Also rename the “Outlook” folder under Profiles to match the DefaultProfile.
